I bought this sports bra because the picture of it looked really good on the model. There are removable pads and it is pretty comfortable to wear. When I opened the bag though, this bra literally has the strongest not so pleasant smell. It took me a few washes to completely get that icky smell out of it. Also, this bra runs on the short side. I'm usually a small, but this bra was tight on me so I would recommend buying it one size bigger. The material used to make the bra feels kind of cheap too. The design of the bra didn't match what I thought it would be so I'm probably not going to buy this one again.

Active Wear: H&M Racerback Sports Bra
Rewinding back a few weeks ago, I was looking into getting some professional clothes and found out that H&M had free shipping. So, I went to the site and looked at their sale section. I didn't even know that they had a sportswear section. Well, since there's free shipping why not add some sportswear. I browsed through the section and didn't find any sports wear that really stood out to me besides the sports bras. Also, I figured that I'd be working out often so it wouldn't be bad to get some more sports bra. I decided on getting a black Racerback sports bra after comparing for a while. I guess I'm into getting racerbacks these days. I got a small because I know that it is the safest bet since I've never bought any sports bra from H&M (I'm generally a small). My package arrived within a week and I got really excited. I tried the sports bra on and it fits me quite well, not too tight and not too small. I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. However, the only thing that I didn't like about H&M's sports bra was the tag. Literally, there were 7 tags on the bra! It was kind of uncomfortable so I end up cutting it. Is it because H&M is multinational, so there's a need to put so many tags? I just looked at a shirt that I bought from H&M a while back and there's 5 tags.... I mean I don't care too much for a shirt, but definitely for my sportswear since the whole point is to be comfortable. In the future, I might consider buying sports bra from H&M again, but right now I prefer VS more.

Active Wear: VS Racerback Bra and VS Cami Bra
I was always the one that disliked going to gym class because I didn't like running. Running makes me feel out of breath and I just don't see a point to it. I remember running a mile for 12mins, while the majority of my classmates finished before 10mins. However, my perspectives changed when I came to college. Running didn't seem as bad as I thought and sweating actually makes me happy. I started going to the gym every week and used that time to forget about all the stress and schoolwork. Going to the gym does make me feel good, but there was something missing. I actually don't own much active wear. I go to the gym with shorts, a t-shirt and a regular bra. I know it's kind of bad not owning a sports bra, but I went by without having one. At that time, I was still skeptical about online shopping so I just want to wait until school is over and go back home to get a sports bra. Unfortunately, I forgot about buying sports bras because I didn't workout at all back home. When the time came for me to go back to school, I decided I really needed a sports bra. I bought my first few sports bra from Forever21 and used it up until now. I feel like they are getting a little old and I want to get some new ones. The sad thing is that Forever21 stop selling the type of sports bra that I have. Although they are not the best sports bra, but they were under $5. So, this year I began my search for sports bras in order to keep me motivated to go to the gym. I tried to look for sports bras that are on sale or if the site has free shipping.
Luckily, Victoria's Secret was having their semi-annual sale by the end of my winter break and some of their sports bras were on sale. I took some time to carefully look at them since I've never owned a VS sports bra before so I want to make sure that I'm going to wear it. On their website, many of the pictures only show the front side of the bra and not the back, which I did get a bit disappointed. I really want to see the front and back. However, I did end up getting two. I got the VSX Player Racerback bra in violet and VSX Player Cami bra in turquoise. The material used for both bras were similar and felt sturdy. I tried on the Cami bra first and it was a struggle because it was pretty tight, but the good thing about this bra is that it has adjustable straps. Then I tried on the Racerback bra and this one was even harder to put on because it was so tight. It took me a while to get adjusted to these bras. There's no padding in either, but both are good for working out. I wear them for yoga and spinning classes. If they're on sale again, I would love to get more and probably get one size bigger just so it wouldn't be as tight.
